Why I do this work.

I started at UBS, in strategy and M&A. Zero error tolerance, and the best training I know for solving problems in a structured way. I loved the precision (and still do). But I didn't want to keep analysing problems. I wanted to solve them.

So I joined Taktile as the first business hire and spent years building the commercial side from zero. Later I became CRO at Arva AI.

Somewhere along the way, I noticed what keeps so many good companies stuck. In the early days, the founder is the revenue engine. Every deal, every relationship, every decision runs through them. It works astonishingly well, right until it doesn't. The product is rarely the problem. The structure that sells it is missing.

Building that structure is the work I love most. Giving founders their time back, so growth no longer needs them in every room. That became dm(v). A few founders, real hands-on work, full accountability. I go all in, or not at all.

I don't think growth has to feel like constant panic. I treat the work the way an athlete treats training: high performance, and recovery. Most of my recovery happens in the mountains.

We're all capable of being tough. But we're all human too. I try not to forget that.
