Privacy Policy, how we handle personal data on this website, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO).

The controller responsible for the processing of personal data on this website is:

Server logs
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically collects and temporarily stores technical information that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, the page accessed, the referring URL, your browser and operating system. This data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a stable and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is retained only for the time required for those purposes.
Necessary storage and optional services
We store your optional-service preference in your browser. Optional Google Calendar and Spotify embeds, and referral click recording, remain disabled until you accept. You can change or withdraw your choice below at any time, or through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal removes embedded services from this website but cannot undo data already sent to a provider. Local brand fonts do not connect to Google Fonts.
Optional services rely on consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, § 25(1) TDDDG. Necessary preference and account storage support the service you request.
Contact form and GTM Lab waitlist
The contact form sends your name, email, company and any optional stage/message to our private Lovable Cloud form database. We use these details to answer enquiries and take steps before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or to respond to other enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Name, email and company are required to send the form; you may instead contact us by email. Contact form messages are deleted by a daily cleanup once they are 12 months old.
The GTM Lab waitlist stores your email to notify you when the first slots open, based on your request and consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). It does not enrol you in a general newsletter. Contact dajana@dmventures.io to withdraw or request deletion. The final waitlist retention period is being confirmed.
Abuse protection uses hidden spam fields and private, short-lived submission counters containing hashed identifiers rather than raw emails. This supports our legitimate interest in keeping the forms secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Infield newsletter (Substack)
Subscribe opens Substack in a new tab and passes the email you enter to Substack. This website does not store newsletter emails. Substack manages subscribers until they unsubscribe; its own privacy and subscription terms apply. You can unsubscribe through Substack.
Spotify players
After optional consent, embedded players connect to Spotify and may transmit your IP address, browser information and playback activity. They remain disabled if you decline. External Spotify links are available without enabling an embed.
Referral links and website measurement
Asky, Zero and lemlist links are commercial affiliate links: dm(v) may receive a referral reward. With optional consent, we record the tool, its stage, link and click time to count referrals. These counts do not establish partner signups or payouts, and we do not build personal profiles. Raw measurement data is deleted by a daily cleanup once it is 14 months old. This website does not use Google Analytics.
With optional consent, PostHog measures page views, clicks and time on page so we can see which pages are read. It stores an identifier in your browser and receives your IP address and browser information. Session recording is off. If you decline or withdraw, PostHog stops measuring and its identifier is cleared.
With optional consent, RB2B may match visits to publicly available business profiles so we can see which companies visit the site. It receives your IP address and browser information. If you decline, it does not load; if you withdraw, it stops on your next page load.
Accounts and previous AI conversations
Account authentication and existing private AI conversation history are hosted in Lovable Cloud. Conversations belong to the signed-in account and may include messages or voice transcripts from earlier testing. Paid text and voice services are disabled for launch. Contact us to request deletion of an account or its history. A final retention period for existing history is being confirmed.
Vendors and international transfers
Asky (askylabs.com) receives server-side requests whose User-Agent identifies a supported AI or search crawler on dmventures.io, including the hostname, User-Agent, path, query string, referrer, client IP address and timestamp. Ordinary browser requests are excluded. User-Agent identification is not verification of the crawler's identity. This measurement helps us understand crawler access to the site.
Our service providers include Lovable Cloud for hosting, authentication and private form storage, Google Workspace and Slack for internal notifications about form submissions, PostHog for optional analytics, RB2B for optional visitor identification, Substack for newsletters, Google Calendar for scheduling, and Spotify for embedded players. We rely on vendors' standard data-processing terms rather than individually negotiated agreements. Their precise applicability and any international-transfer safeguards still require confirmation; we do not claim that those checks have been completed.
Appointment booking (Google Calendar)
On our booking page we offer an appointment scheduler provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). The scheduler is not loaded automatically: it is embedded only after you consent to optional services, at which point Google may set cookies and process your IP address and browser data. The legal basis for this is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withhold simply by not loading the calendar, you can contact us by email instead. If you book an appointment, the name, email address and any message you enter are processed by Google and used to arrange and hold the appointment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Scheduling data is subject to Google Calendar’s applicable retention terms, not Calendly’s. Further information: policies.google.com/privacy.
Contact by email
If you contact us by email, the personal data you provide will be used solely to process your enquiry and any follow-up communication. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding). Your message is retained for as long as needed to handle the matter and to comply with any applicable retention obligations.
External links and social profiles
This website links to external profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram and Substack. When you follow those links, the respective provider may collect personal data. We have no control over that processing, please refer to the privacy policies of those services.
Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15–22 GDPR). To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority for the controller is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes to the website or to legal requirements. The current version is always available on this page.
