A few weeks mentoring the Gründerszene Super-Gründer fellows on turning early traction into a repeatable go-to-market engine.

Gründerszene’s Super-Gründer / Startup Summer Camp brought together a cohort of AI builders for ten weeks of building, launching and finding first users. I joined as a go-to-market advisor, working with the fellows on the same transition I help founders with day-to-day: moving from scattered early traction to a structured, repeatable engine.

The sessions focused on what matters most before scaling spend: a sharp ideal customer profile, a clear value proposition, and a sales motion that the founder can hand off to a first hire.

Topics

  • From first users to repeatable outreach
  • Sharpening the ICP before scaling spend
  • Founder-led sales → first GTM motion
  • Pitching and positioning for early-stage B2B products
